Zend Framework está licenciado con la licencia BSD-like que nos permite usarlo tanto en aplicaciones comerciales como libres. Incluso podemos modificar el código de la biblioteca y publicarlo usando otro nombre. La única cosa que no podemos hacer es remover la nota de copyright del código.
